THESE TERMS GENERALLY REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH MOTOGLIDE THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 16 FOR DETAILS ON YOUR AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH MOTOGLIDE.

1. TOU

These TOU may be updated by us at any time by posting the revised TOU. Such modifications are effective immediately. You can review the latest version of these TOU at www.findcarshipping.com/terms-of-use. Find Car Shipping reserves the right to terminate these TOU at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Your use of the Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these TOU. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, refrain from using the Site. We may terminate your access to the Site at our discretion.

2. Service

"Services" include the Site, related technologies, software, data, reports, text, images, audio, video, and other content provided through these channels. This also encompasses any new features, enhancements, modifications, or derivative works thereof.
